A movement class for YOU & baby – where we dance, stretch, breathe it out and connect!
Feeling that aching body after birth? Craving some "me time" that includes your little one? This is it! Our unique postnatal class is designed to help you ease into your body, find your strength and connect with other local parents – all with your baby by your side!
This isn't just any postnatal class; it's a vibrant blend of fun, lighthearted dance 🎶 to have a boogie together and connect with your baby through the rhythm of movement. Get ready to groove, laugh and feel amazing!
We'll then gently slow things down with healing breathing exercises 🌬️ and restorative stretches, focusing on relaxing your body and mind. You'll leave feeling revived, restored and ready to take on your day!

PLEASE NOTE:
👶 Baby's Age: Suitable from 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a c-section, right up until your baby is crawling.
👩⚕️ Doctor's Check: Please ensure you've checked with your doctor or midwife before starting classes.
🍼 Feeding Friendly: Vanessa Flow Yoga Studio is completely breastfeeding friendly – no need to ever ask!
🎒 Carrier/Holding: A baby carrier might be useful, or you can simply hold your baby throughout the class.
